Track Your Time by Starting the Timer

FIND YOUR OWN FOCUSED SESSIONS

You will start to choose your own focused sessions from leveled videos.  Choose videos from the topics and work to structure a session that helps you focus on particular issues you'd like to address in your playing.  These videos are meant for short 15 min. sessions that you can work on during breaks in your day. Try to do a few of these every day.

ARTICULATION

Articulation/Tonguing studies are important for the care of the beginning of a pitch.  Trombone players especially need to practice articulation in coordination with the slide.

FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility studies are good for everything from breath control to articulation and intonation.  Find some short exercises here.

RANGE

The physical challenge of increasing strength and range needs consistent work and care.  Do these exercises with much rest.  If you feel tired, take a break and return to the exercise again.
